She peeled back the details to get at the root of the issues facing Summit and its residents, and she is widely known for her execution, getting things done productively across town and for all residents.
As Council President Pro Tem, Delia helped guide initiatives affecting parks, recreation, public safety, and infrastructure, while advocating for fiscal responsibility, transparency, and responsible decision-making.
